I love the Kaged meal replacement shakes. It part of my supplement stack. They taste great and mix/dissolve well with almond milk. I use this product for recovery and to help stop my nighttime cravings. I’ve been using this brand for over a year now. The flavor is delicious, but a little on the sweeter side. I would recommend this product.

Very tasty, not gritty at all, the powder blends very well into milk or water. The nutrition profile is pretty balanced, has a fair amount of protein so its good post workout, and very filling! One of the best meal replacement shakes I've tried. My sister and I both really like it. Will be buying this again once we finish it.

I've spent the past several months trying to identify an MRP to fit into my summer exercise and diet plan, and Kaged looks like it's a finalist. It's pretty close to being a clear-cut winner, but it comes with a couple of asterisks.Pros: It blends easily with water and stays blended (though that will come with an asterisk below). It's got a hint of cinnamon to give it a bit of snickerdoodle mojo (the flavor I went with), and it has no artificial sweetener aftertaste; it does, however, come with an asterisk. Some MRPs I've tried come with significant digestive drama, and Clean Meal goes down easily and doesn't cause any distress. That, too, comes with an asterisk. There's a bit of a pattern here.Cons: I see a lot of questions about blending, and you'll definitely have to blend it. Vigorous shaking or stirring will leave you with clumps, but in a regular or bullet blender it comes out smooth after a couple of seconds. I find it far too sweet on its own, and after a few trials I found that mixing it with a teaspoon of instant coffee made took the edge off the sweetness. I don't t think I could drink it daily after my workout without some means of tamping down the sweetness. Finally, it foams up quite a bit, so you'll want to sip it; taking a few gulps might leave you feeling bloated.That might sound like a lot of grousing, but I'd say it's a really good product with some easy to avoid drawbacks. If Kaged dialed the sweetness down a bit and made it a bit less foamy it would be off the charts good.

I was recently using "Herbal Life" though a good product. It didn't compare to how this product made me feel, mind you ive been using Herbal life for a couple of years. I never write reviews, but i had this shake around 7 or early 8pm the night before, the next day im still not that hungry, and i love it. Helps me to better engage in low carb meals if this will help keep me full. If you're looking for something to truly be a meal replacement, this is it. Long lasting, the flavor is decent and this will help crunch hungry control! Enjoy!

Finally found an amazing meal replacement shake that not only tastes amazing but actually keeps you feeling satisfied. I had the snickerdoodle flavor no strange aftertaste and I can pre make it and hours later it maintains the same flavor and consistency. I was truly amazed how great I felt in just three days I had a huge shift in my energy level and I just really felt great all around my mind felt really clear and sharp and after working a 12 hr day I was full of energy. Couldn’t be happier with this product

I wanted to like this product a lot as I've been wanting a go to meal replacement shake and this seemed promising. The snickerdoodle flavor was delicious, however for the past three days I have noticed that every time I drank this I started to feel unwell. I'm normally the type of person that has to eat something before going out drinking and drinking this shake felt like the beginning of that type of upset stomach. It is unfortunate since I am using this as a meal replacement and I hadn't had other food to eat with this shake.Another issue that may be important but inconsequential to some people is that the consistency of the shake is very runny. Although I did use cold water for every time I drank this and hadn't tried a milk of some kind (cow, nut, coconut, etc.) so that may be something to consider.

I use a nutri ninja blender. This product blends very well and tastes very good.

The first 2 times I drank it I was pleased. It mixed well and filled me up and although there was a strong aftertaste I didn't mind because it seemed to work.From thereafter, I began having some sort of reaction. Nausea, stomach pains, generally feeling unwell. I stopped drinking it and symptoms went away immediately. I tried another shake and symptoms came back so I put the canister in the box and sent it back. I don't know what caused it.
