My product arrived earlier than estimated. It was packaged well. I purchased this to make canned fruit fillings. I haven't used this brand yet, so I can't rate the product itself. However, I have used modified cornstarch in my pie fillings before and the consistency is thick and smooth.

I love this product. It is very easy to use and is a great tool for canning as well as in foods you plan to serve immediately. I will never be without it again. It is a new integral member of my ingredient stash
