Excellent product
I love the lights from Hiffin pro . The quality of the lights are very good , it’s super easy to install and it’s very very useful to shoot YouTube videos . The best part is the customer service , right from the time the product is dispatched , the dealer gets in touch with you and makes sure you are happy with the product and helps you throughout . You guys should go ahead and buy these lights as it’s super helpful for YouTube n insta videos . 5stars for the customer service and the quality of the lights .Totally worth it

Great brightness. Easy to assemble. Everything in proper order. User friendliness of assembly manual has to be improved.

Good but not great
The good things first. The bulb of course and the sturdy, painted iron stand. The bulb is so bright, I can take food pictures even at 9 pm in Bangalore winter or a cloudy day. I gave an extra star for this alone.It does get 🔥 though and you can start sweating if you stand too close it for an hour or more.The biggest disappointment was the softbox itself. While the ☔ material is good, the frame looks very fragile and likely to break with prolonged wrapping and unwrapping.As I work in my home studio, I need to to box it away when not shooting. But I am worried of doing it often for this very reason.Now for the front covering that hides the bulb. Flimsy at best and too tight with very little velcro holding it in place. I had to add a lot of velcro at the sides to keep it steady or you can have weird lines on the images due to the light and shadow effect.This is my second Hiffin product and a tad unhappy with this one.

The media could not be loaded. Wire length is not 9 feet , it is not a hiffen original product.It is not a product I want.

Build Quality & features
The build quality is rock solid. Very nice product but you must know that normal bulbs will not fit/work with this. You need an E27 to B22 Screw Base Socket Plastic Lamp Holder Light Bulb Adapter to use these with normal bulbs/lights. Mind it. As You need to spend more money to buy B22 adapter.
