Tried many sprouting trays, and kits over the years, THIS is the only one that works as I remember from late 1970's sturdy, simple to use perfect sprouts every time, just bought a second one so there's plenty of microgreens ready to eat!

This is an excellent product, works well, and is easy to clean.This is my second purchase so I now have a rotation system.

As many reviews have said there is only ONE jar in this kit. I knew this before I purchased. Clear easy to follow instructions and completed my 1st batch of broccoli sprouts in 7 days in the UK on south facing windowsill during a rather overcast/ cloudy week. I used 1tbsp~15g of organic broccoli seed which produced about a weeks worth of sprouts for my daily salad. I would happily recommend this kit for the novice/beginner but it's possible to source the individal materials in the kit for less hence the 4 stars.

Sounded like a good kit, design makes sense. But while handwashing before first use the glass jar shattered. No sign of damage or weakness in the glass beforehand, but as glass was clearly thin, I took extra care. Didn't help, the glass jar is broken and the mesh won't fit anything else I've got, so I'm left with a now somewhat overpriced sleeve.Do not recommend.

I previously tried another brand which cracked after one use!These have been used constantly to sprout different kinds of seeds and I just bought 2 more for my mum.The set includes a sponge to wash the jars as well which is a nice bonus

With so much scientific emerging health benefits of eating fresh sprouting seeds it seems wise to invest in this simple all-in-one starter kit. TBH, this will be enough for me & my family, evidence suggests you don’t need to eat metric tons of eg sprouting broccoli from seeds to get your Sulphoraphane (Google it!!). Dr Ronda Patrick has an excellent free guide online. I’d recommend this in every household to help reduce your chances of developing bowl nasties. Just whack some in a smoothie - ya don’t wanna eat this on its own 😬😂.
