I had a smaller one that barely did anything on the highest setting, barely felt it blowing. I got this one (10,000 btu) and it is the best, living in my camper full time it gets really hot during the summer, and this ac unit deals with the heat.

Update: Company reached out and is sending a new unit, assuming it works as well as the first day, then all is good and the company stands by their products. Will update if any other issues arise.Original: The AC worked great for a day, then stopped blowing air and then died all together. Will update if the company resolves this.

It’s a good unit. 4 stars because the wifi won’t let me adjust the temp on a few of the units. Along with that, it doesn’t perfectly regulate the temperature - seems like it will go lower than I set it sometimes.Overall good unit and I like the ability to turn on and off remotely.

Like title said less than a year and this is already going out on us in the middle of summer! I have a bed bound husband who is not able to regulate his body temp and has already had to be rushed to ER for overheating because of this thing. It will blow cool air for about 3-5min then starts blowing outside hot air. filter is kept clean and all settings are correct.Edit: They replaced the AC. New one came about a week after reporting the issue while this one is pretty loud compared to the last one the air is nice and cold. They will ask you to send video of the cord being cut of the damaged one so make sure you borrow or have a small back up AC.

Quick installation. Excellent cooling speed. Built-in automatic ECO friendly setting to help those costly electric bills (can be turned off manually). When on the lowest degree setting, 61, and lowest fan speed, it's practically silent. Old air-conditioning unit needed to be turned off while I had phone conversations in this room, now, not a single complaint from whomever is on the other end of the call.Only issue, my bed sit fairly low to the unit and the blue LED lights on the panel feel brighter than they should be. If you don't face your AC unit, you should be fine.

I'm not familiar with this brand, but took a chance; Amazon's return process gave me confidence to give it a try. So glad I did! Has been running quite well. Auto feature is a great option for regulating the house for elderly father.

I was outside when it arrived & was handed it directly. Yet it STILL was slightly damaged! The top was slightly bent. But otherwise it's perfect! It puts out great cold air with plenty of power. It's worth purchasing but your taking your chances if "FedEx" delivers it. Which by the way is way to expensive for shipping costs!(The unit is in an attic window. That's why the custom fit.)
