At first when I received it and opened up the box, I thought it was too small and would easily break when using it on my waist or thighs. Once I took it out of the plastic wrap and tried it, I loved it though! I like the fact that it has 3 rollers versus 2 and the rollers are not real hard so it doesn't hurt. It is good quality and I checked with the sellers and it should be fine using it on my waist as well. For now I've been using it on my arms and legs and it is definitely helping my lymphedema, plus it feels great! Feels refreshing, relaxing and it's the best thing I've found to help move lymph fluid after going thru surgeries for cancer. Great quality, I would suggest you try it!

This works as it should, sturdy and should last for years to come. Does a great job of rolling out sore muscles.

I love that this roller does double the work on both sides of my legs, arms, etc. Easy to maneuver and really gets the job done well.

This works well when it does not fall apart which is never. Each time I use it, the rollers fall off on the one side and I have to search the floor before my dogs get them. It really does work. Just wish it would stay together.

I returned this product. You have to have the strength of Samson to stretch it to a size you can use for most muscle groups.
