Best chili ever. We put it on everything. Tried others. This one is the best one.

a year ago when i became addicted to chili crisp i sampled and product tested more than 40 different chili crisps and Zindrew has become my favorite of all. fair warning: it contains MSG in case you react to that chemical. (it used to make me lethargic, now it doesn't bother me.)i found there are basicically four kinds of "chili crisp" other than the tasty bean kurd varieties like Me's Way -- the ones that are actually infused chili oils with more than 40% oil content, the ones that imitate crisp with sesame seeds or peanuts, the very few that are actually chili garlic "crisp" like the slightly sweet Kari Kari or the sweet and crunchy Homiah Sambal Chili Crunch, both unique flavors. finally there are the crisps with an oil content below 33% and a rich, velvety or meaty texture when properly stirred. (Good chili products form a dense layer of the smallest particles at the bottom of the jar and the first stir is difficult to do without slopping some oil out of the jar.)for me Zindrew is the best of the thick chili toppings. the quality of Zindrew's flavor is something like a chewy mole, it has a vaguely chocolatey richness of flavor although chocolate is not a listed ingredient, the complex flavor comes from the finely chopped chili and garlic. the O.G. batch is the one I order repeatedly and the consistency of the product is very high. they have their recipe and they seem to be sticking to it.i'm a septuagenarian so i look forward to an opportunity to actually enjoy eating. we get bread from a craft bakery and my routine pleasure is a slice of toasted multigrain with a soft boiled egg chopped up on top with Zindrew over it all. i find that i don't tire of the taste. the Zindrew O.G. has a chewy texture; for crunch I like Kari Kari or Momoya's Garlic Chili Oil which has a great sesame oil savor. But to be candid crunch takes second place to taste and those are sort of second tier toppings that I alternate with Zindrew. The portion is a good size to balance use with freshness and I go through one jar in about two weeks on pasta, egg dishes, fries and chocolate ice cream. Haven't tried the "hot" version yet since O.G is the perfect balance of texture, taste and heat.I haven't had any problems with product leakage so far: Zindrew uses a plastic safety seal over a twist top (which sticks less than screw tops) and the jars I've received showed no product on the inside of the lid indicating that they were stored and shipped upright.

Our favorite restaurant where we use to buy our chili oil closes down during the pandemic. We hadn’t had a good chili oil in a long time. I recently saw this chili oil on a YouTube channel. It is amazing! The texture, the flavor it’s so well balanced. My daughter even said it was better than the one we use to buy from the restaurant. I had put it on auto delivery not knowing if we were going to like it. We finished the first jar over a month before we were scheduled to get the next jar. I just received my second jar a couple of days before. The packaging is great also. They wrap it in bubble wrap and then placed in a box. It was nice to see that I didn’t have to worry about it arriving broken.

For Christmas I created for my wife a sampler of about six different brands. Zindrew's was not our favorite but it was still a solid and tasty choice. It was definitely one of the best.

It’s perfect.

The flavour is delicious: spicy and garlicky, in good proportions. But it's about 80% silt. After the first time, there is really no way of "drizzling" it, as the label urges, since the contents are completely solid. You can mix them with more oil and try to make it work that way, but best to accept that this is a rather expensive paste.

Has so many uses can be used as a sauce with pasta can be used to coat meat can also be used as a sauce very flexible very delicious. Very high-quality. I highly recommend this product.
