Could you swallow these instead of chew?

Direct answer: is a question- why? This probiotic populates the oral cavity directly by dissolving in the mouth, chew or slowly dissolve. It goes directly into the crevices of teeth and gums from the tablet. Swallowing would defeat the purpose. There are other probiotics made for the gut. This is oral underline ORAL probiotic - for mouth, throat, sinus and even ears. Don't defeat it by swallowing as a tablet (which is possible) but your wasting a fine oral health product by doing so.

Does it work with teeth sensetivity?

I have sensitive teeth too, I still do to hot and cold to some degree but I haven't been taking the product long enough to know if it will leave completely. But my gums don't bleed like they used to and appear firmer/stronger.
