Effective equipment to target the bicepsI don’t normally write feedbacks but thought I should on this one, this piece of equipment allows extreme bicep isolation.The strap that goes around the neck is fully adjustable, so that you can get the Arm Blaster in the correct position for everybody shape, it sits comfortably too.. The whole thing is well made and feels strong, but easy to use.

To start with, used it few times was fine. Then i noticed that the stitching to the holding strap has come apart a little bit. If would have snapped in use of the product. So not immpressed atall. Not well made. Have purchased an rdx arm blaster. Much better qaulity. Maybe it s me im unlucky with amazon. Most of the stuff is faulty, or summits wrong with it. Not sure if id purchase this thing again.

This is a really good bit of kit to incorporate into your arm exercises, it's an innovative design that really works.It keeps your arms close by your side and stops you swinging your arms so it is good for isolation exercises that target your biceps, you can't cheat and swing your body so your biceps really do feel the burn.I thought it might have put pressure on the back of my neck but it doesn't, the neoprene neck strap feels comfortable, there's also good nylon straps to keep everything secure and in place with padding for your elbows.The frame is made from sturdy and durable aluminium inside so it's strong and built to withstand heavy use and it is built to last.You're best starting with low weight at first because you can't swing your body and lift as easily as you normally do with dumbbells when not using this arm blaster. Even a little weight puts more pressure on your biceps , so for best results I find lower weight than you usually use and slow concentrated reps, you definitely feel it more on your biceps and they start to burn , it really does blast your arms.It doesn't take long to set up get started with it , it's all very straightforward, it works similar to concentration curls with a preacher curl bench , but this takes up less room, it's easily stored away when not in use.I think it's a good addition to any home gym, it's good to target certain muscle groups now and then , this is great for arm day.

Very easy to use great product

Terrible for the back if you’re a big guy. Just can’t get in the right position. Stand up with a good posture and you can get your curls all the way down, otherwise you have to bend your back. Wouldn’t recommend
