Using various real life examples and stories he has tried to make a great case for why one should listen and implement the change in his life. Would definitely recommend this book to anyone seeking a positive change.

I decided to give the book 5 stars not only because of the content of the book but the fact it got me to start writing down things.The book is well written and an easy read. I recommend that you start small but be consistent as understanding one's problems and shortcomings & trying to overcome is half the battle won and this book can make a big difference if you follow it properly.

There is a story in the book about tying elephants in chains which changes their behaviour and outlook forever, same I feel happens with people and it gets really difficult to come out of their own mindset. I read self help books to break those chains of my mind and I am really glad that I came across this one.
