I read a book where tandoori chicken was the character’s favorite dish, so I wanted to try it. By far, the most scrumptious moist, flavorful chicken I have ever fixed (and I love to cook). I served it to my book club and they all went back for a second helping! The spices were mellow and beautifully blended-not hot or spicy at all. I will buy again.

A good coating for your fish. A little different from some other coatings. If you want to try something different definitely get it.

Delicious and goes a long way. You can use it for a variety of purposes; either following the directions and making traditional kebabs, or branching out and using it to make spicy burgers or even tacos using paratha/tortillas. If you mix it half (or even 1/3) strength, you'll typically get a strong flavor, although that will vary by taste. Using about 1/3 strength, each pack can easily season about 6 pounds of beef.

I have been searching for this flavor everywhere. I've only found it at a restaurant too far to drive so I need to make it at home. All the recipes online are decent but a lot of work and time. This spice mix makes it so easy and the taste is amazing. I'll order this again and again.

Well, well, well. I was looking forward to a flavorful chicken tikka experience, but what I got was more like a fiery test of my survival instincts. The seasoning smelled amazing, like a tantalizing promise of spice and warmth. I tossed it on some chicken, marinated it, and eagerly threw it on the grill.What followed can only be described as a fiery baptism. The first bite was a flavor explosion... followed by an explosion of heat. I thought my mouth had caught fire. In hindsight, I probably should have checked the label for warning signs “For seasoned spice warriors only.”This seasoning is not for the faint of heart—or for anyone who has ever been within five feet of a glass of milk. It’s delicious, don’t get me wrong, but my taste buds are still recovering.
