Poor Quality and after sales services.
I got the delivery on time and was happy about that. After quarantining the parcel for 72 hrs I and my wife started using the same. The fabric started tearing off from edges. We are senior citizens not weighing 59 and 62 Kgs. We had a similar type of chair in the USA. I called up Amazon. The operator very courteously informed that the return period of 15 days is just over but assured that someone from the manufacturer will call me during that week by Friday. No call has ever come. A very poor quality product. Feeling sorry that I placed such order online and wasted my hard-earned money.

Material is not good enough
The hand rests have torn with usage on first day . It’s not that it has slid out but also has torn. Though the sitting comfort is satisfying the cheap material used is disappointing
