Works great
The only issue I have is that the ear piece tends to hurt after 6 hours of working but my other one did the same thing

Great Item for the money.
Word right out of the box. Easy to adjust for comfort. Mic Ned’s or moves toward or away from your face as needed. No complaints from anyone on the other end regarding sound quality. I work from him and am on the phone a lot. This works out great.

Defective
Headset stopped working. Voice speaker was not working. The other person could not hear me talking.

it's a great headset, the callers voice comes through crystal clear. i would of rated it a 5, but i've been told by several callers that they can even hear me breathing!

Not the right fit for my phone
Im sure it’s a great headset. It felt comfortable when i tried it on, unfortunately it was not the right fit for my phone.
