They're very versatile, I like that one is different from the other.I use them everywhere, even when I transfer my just cooked spaghetti into the pan with the sauce from the r the final touch. And then again into the plate. The results are much more refined.

IVE WANTED A SET OF THESE TWEEZERS SINCE I SAW NIGEL SLATER USING THEM, THEY ARE BALANCED PERFECTLY AND MAKE TURNING FOOD OVER MUCH EASIER THAN BROADER TONGS, IN A FRYING PAN YOUR HANDS ARE FURTHER AWAY FROM THE HEAT AND HOT OIL.

This is one of those item that you don't know you want until you have it - pros:- Makes you feel cool- Actually handy and useful with a plethora of dishes- Easy to cleanCons: the fact that is not free.Very much recommended - you don't "need" it, yet end up using it A LOT. :)(and it makes cooking/serving a tad bit more enjoyable!)
