Bought for the yard and weighing up animal supplements. Does the job, clear display, seems accurate and easy to switch between metrics. It's cheap and is very compact and handy to have on hand. Comes with batteries so you can use it straight out the box.

Great set of scales but absolutely not waterproof at all we used them in the kitchen for ages but I forgot about them not being waterproof washed the top one time under the tap being lazy and wrecked them! Only wash with a slightly damp cloth or you will ruin them! This is mainly on me not on the product itself but thought I'd warn others! It's easy to read looks great and is very straight forward to use. Just the perfect size to throw in a draw as it's quite thin.

The backlit LCD display is bright and easy to read, even if you're bleary-eyed and juggling a mixing bowl. The nickel-brushed stainless steel surface looks smart on the counter and wipes clean in seconds — no raised buttons or awkward crevices for food to hide in. It measures in six different units — g, kg, oz, lb, ml, and milk ml — so you won’t need to Google conversions mid-recipe. The tare function is accurate and genuinely handy. I used it to make curry paste — garlic, ginger, oil, spices — all weighed straight into the same tub, no extra spoons or mess. It handles up to 5kg, which is more than enough for big prep jobs like dough or meal prepping. Just make sure the bowl or container isn’t too large — it can block the display if it overhangs the surface. It runs on AAA batteries (included!) and they’re easy to replace — much more convenient than coin cells. Compact, responsive, and versatile, it’s a slick bit of kit at a very fair price.

Consistently shows the same value, so appears to be correct. I place a plastic container on the scales it always shows as exactly the same weight. I then tare this and add coffee beans, this is the main use I have it for, to weigh coffee beans before I grind them up. This scale is of a nice size for the above use and something like weighing herbs, but maybe a bit small for the more general kitchen use. There is a nice backlit display of a reasonable size. I can't say how long the batteries will last in it (2xAAA) as I haven't had it long enough for that yet. Good value for money, I am pleased with this purchase.

Die digitale Küchenwaage von GRIFEMA ist ein echter Gewinn für meine Küche. Sie misst sehr genau (ab 1g bis 5000g) und eignet sich sowohl fürs Kochen und Backen als auch als Briefwaage. Das gut lesbare LCD-Display zeigt das Gewicht klar an, und die Tara-Funktion macht das Wiegen mit Schüsseln besonders einfach. Sehr praktisch ist auch, dass die Batterien (2x AAA) bereits im Lieferumfang enthalten sind. Mit 6 verschiedenen Maßeinheiten (g, oz, ml usw.) ist sie vielseitig einsetzbar. Die Edelstahloberfläche sieht modern aus und ist leicht zu reinigen. Auch die Abschaltautomatik ist ein sinnvolles Feature zur Batterieschonung. Insgesamt eine hochwertige, zuverlässige und günstige Waage für jeden Haushalt – absolut empfehlenswert!
