Only Thing That Works
Ibuprofen and Tylenol never works for my headaches when I sleep in or monthly cramps. I’ve used generic Naproxen and it doesn’t seem to work as well for me. Aleve has proven time and time again that it works to relieve my temporary pains. I usually take 2 at a time, sometimes just 1 if pain is more minor. I usually take 2 Tylenol or 2 ibuprofen if that’s all I can get to, and they never work, not even for an hour or two. They just never start to work.

First time user, not bad.
I have multiple injuries currently and I've been taking 4 Advil at a time. A doctor told me to try Aleve (doctors can hardly prescribe painkillers anymore since the abuse/scandal) because I was concerned about taking so many. It works pretty well on shoulder back and foot pain. Seems to relieve the back pain the most. I will add that if I take two at once, which I do rarely, it seems to knock the pain out for several hours. I am not recommending others follow suit.

Expiration Date
The order was delivered quickly. I was disappointed that the expiration date was in six months assuming this was left over product and the reason the price was less than local store.
