We ordered this one for a tumi bag since the strap got burned a bit with the motorcycle and it fits perfectly. Very comfortable and seems like it's sturdy enough to last.

Does not slip from your shoulder
Easy to install with a zipper on top and cushioned, non slip material on the bottom. Comes in two sizes, make sure you get the right one for your strap. Good value and better than others I tried.

Very well made
I actually brought this for another bag that kept slipping. Turned out that bag was not good with a heavy load.Now using it with a flat holster type sling bag over my chest. Works just as advertised.Has a really good shoulder grip too. 👍🏾

Should be slip proof
Although this shoulder pad cushions just the right amount, it should be made with something on the inside to keep whatever item it's put on from slipping and sliding through it. This causes me to repeatedly have to reposition it to keep it in place.

Right size
I was looking for something for the strap on my purse to keep it from slipping off my shoulder. This was the correct size for that purpose.
