Easy to use in tight crawl spaces!
As long as you have a good base to push from they will hold A LOT of weight!

Great value - sturdy
Easy to install is relative :) Put several of these under my kitchen center spine before a remodel as insurance as the original metal posts holding my floor up were rusting. Popped these on solid concrete blocks then screwed them to the joists and then screwed them to the blocks. Be sure and level the blocks and the posts. They feel plenty sturdy. You should probably use a bottle jack to raise the house as using the screws on the jack posts felt 'iffy' as you really had to crank on them to get movement. If you put several in - raise each a little at a time. In my case I was supporting rather than raising so it was a non-event. However once you get everything to the right height I think they would support a bunch of floor weight. I felt comfortable that I had saved a ton of money for an afternoons work and the results look very professional. My kitchen floor is rock solid with no creaks or groans. Great value for the money.

Works great!
Perfect for supporting floor joists as a precaution before I installed granite countertops and islands in kitchen. Simple but strong and very cost effective versus big box stores.
