This was purchased as a gift for a friend who lives in Cuba. I purchased based on the ingredients she asked for and what I also liked about this product, it was GMO friendly.I was able to order and have an immediate 2 day delivery because I was leaving to Cuba on he 3rd day. So this worked perfectly.

There is really nothing special with this omega pill except that the capsule is not as thick as other omega pills. I feel that although thinner they probably get into your system better. I can't say.. but I know I am getting my daily dose of omega's.

These fish oil supplements, unlike some others that I've taken in the past are great. There is no fishy taste and the lemon flavor is great.I've been taking fish oil supplements for many years and feel that I receive a lot of benefits for doing so. That being said. The biggest turn off to these type of supplements is the bad fishy aftertaste that you get a lot of the time. That is not a problem with this bottle of softgels and that's a great bonus.The supplement itself provides just what I am looking for and more in fact. The dosage in more that I would take at 1000 mg this supplement being 2500 mg for 2 softgels and you get 60 softgels in the bottle. Just taking one of these is a larger dosage than I'm used to taking. This is a good value for your money.Fish oil provides many benefits to the body and it's something I take daily. After taking these supplements I feel comfortable recommending them to others.
