The media could not be loaded.  I'm a big fan of Dalstrong products, I have a lot of their knives. As soon as I saw this cookware set, I had to have it. I need something sturdy as I cook over fire and these pots and pans are just perfect for that. They are certainly built to last! I cooked a biryani over flames in the large saute pan and it was epic!

The media could not be loaded.  Delivered exactly what it says on the tin. Very heavy duty, heats up very quickly, the heat distribution is well balanced and looks good in use on my stove top. I’ve been using their cookware for a couple of years now and never had the need to look elsewhere. Perfect upgrade from our current set.

In general for the price paid ~ $ 500 the quality of materials is perfect. However, the handling is really not well thought out. They prevails, appearance is useful for the handles.Firstly, the handles not ergonomic, the grip in but is very uncomfortable and it tends to be hot. The Square Style Handles Model is not a good choice. In addition one of the item was defective but I had a very good after-sales service, although after 2 months I still have not my replacement item.

The media could not be loaded.  This is top of the line cookware comparable to multi clad pots from premium brands! I've owned the Avalon 5 quart pot for about a year, and decided to upgrade to the 12 piece set. This set has great weight to it--you can really feel the weight of the 5 layers in the pan. The heat is very evenly distributed, and I love that the set is dishwasher safe which makes it easy to clean. Just a side note, these aren't light weight. They are comparable weight to other multi clad sets, but definitely much heavier than cheap aluminum pans. I recommend this set and would purchase again.

Had Calphalon Contemprary nonstick series for last 15 years. I am the primary cook in my home. I was worried purchasing this brand as there are overall mixed reviews on Dalstrong. However, unboxing was amazing. Wrapped in satin bags. So gorgeous. Cooking with 5 ply stainless is amazing. Craftsmanship is superbly done. It does not matter where it is made when standards are high. I just wish there were some options to add to my collection. This truly was an upgrade from my Calphalon. I have however added 2 of their knife sets Gladiator series and Shogun X, again replacing a Calphalon Contemporary knife block. Huge upgrades!!! I am so very pleased.

I love how these pans heat up and retain the heat. The heat distribution is amazing so I get evenly cooked foods. They are very easy to clean. I have thrown all of my other pans out and have just been using the 2 sets of these I bought for the last few months. I’m a strong supporter of all things Dalstrong! I own over 40 of their knives, 2 sets of pans plus many other items, any item that has Dalstrong on it has always been the highest of quality and lasts forever.

Hello,I might have a problem.Yesterday I was cooking some pasta(only in water) on my gas oven.After washing the pot I found tha t the color of bottom changed,but whats worse,small spots showed up.The big one (on photo) feels like a damage.I wanst using any metal kitchenware,but to be honest,its a staniless steel,so even if.. I dont know if that is normal.So far I used only the pot for hot water!
