I liked this wheel and thought I was making regular progress, gradually extending my reach. Then I developed a case of golfer's elbow. I blame this wheel for stressing my elbow in weird ways. Since stopping, my elbow is improving, but it's taking months. Be very careful and aware and stop immediately if you start having elbow pain!

Great product… wish the wheel was a bit higher and slimmer (not use to the thick wheel)… product came quick, one side of the handle was smashed in a little but no biggy.. also it came with instructions on how to use it and the knee pad/mat which was a plus.. It’s a very nice and smooth addition to my home workouts… still like my 5$ ab roller from 5below lol (just had to upgrade)

After using a cheapy one of these things for awhile, this one is a Cadillac. Would recommend for sure!

This is simply the best abwheel I've ever seen or used - super sturdy and super smooth. The pad it came with is junk, but I fully expected this. Use an old pillow.

Good and sturdy, but one handle is longer than the other, which makes it unbalanced to use. Why not just design both handles the same length???
