I have always enjoyed anchovies for instance as in Caesar salads But I ...
I have been drinking martinis for over 60 years (almost since I was a freshman in college ) –– most of the time with gin. About 25 years ago I moved over to vodka briefly and then realized that was a mistake and returned to gin. My martinis were always gibsons made with small cocktail onions which I was addicted to. Occasionally, I would cleanse my palate by switching to tomolives on occasion. About six months ago I took note of the Santa Barbara anchovy stuffed olives in my local grocery store. I have always enjoyed anchovies for instance as in Caesar salads But I always steered clear of them in my drinks . But I thought I'd give it a try. I now I find that I am more addicted to anchovy stuffed olives in my martinis then I was to cocktail onions! Suffice it to say Santa Barbara anchovy stuffed olives are outstanding. A while ago I decided to save time from having to go to the grocery store all that time so I ordered a six pack from Amazo. I just now had to replenish my supply. So I ordered two boxes (for a total of 12 bottles). In my mind, these are so nice I am tempted to simply pour my gin directly into the the bottle of olives and drink it from there. You can't go wrong if you like this kind of a condiment in your martinis.

Very poor shipping & damaged contents!
I rarely buy food products online, usually just Almond Flour and such.I recently tasted these olives (Santa Barbara Anchovy Stuffed Olives) and fell in love with the flavor. Since I live in a small town the local market didn't carry them, so I took a chance and ordered them here.I ordered six 5oz bottles. The package arrived as promised but it was severely damaged. There was no packing inside the box, nothing to keep the six-bottle package secure inside the large shipping box. This really surprised me that care wasn't taken to pack my order correctly. As soon as I opened the box I could smell it (not a good smell). One of the bottles had the top completely off and another was opened enough so it lost the vacuum. The remaining 4 bottles were intact, but drenched in olive juice from the opened bottles. After a bit of cleaning and cursing I managed to salvage the 4 unopened bottles, but threw out the other two.I have so far only opened one of the bottles and the olives seem fine. Needless to say this was very disappointing to me. I'm done ordering consumable products online.

Check all jars for mold
I loved this product but when I got to the last two jars they were moldy inside. I did not inspect them all when they arrived so be sure to do that.I contacted the company to see if they could replace them or anything and never heard back.

My new favorite olive!
Someone left a partial jar behind at the end of our annual Tiki bar "Pirate party" ( which is a blast by the way).I opened the jar, ate a couple, and discovered my new olive taste sensation! I thought perhaps they might tastereally fishy but was surprised to find that was NOT the case. I immediately bought five jars. Whatever they put inthe brine works wonderfully (for me)! I hope you give 'em a try! They ARRRRR the best. Capt. Bob Sparrow (My pirate name).

and include good vermouth and green olive garnish
I am a devotee of the Martini. Martinis are made with gin, not vodka, and include good vermouth and green olive garnish. They are stirred, not shaken. Ideally the olive is pitted and stuffed with nothing, but unstuffed olives are hard to find. Santa Barbara Olive used to sell them but I haven't found them for years. Pimento stuffed olives are testimony to how easy it is to grow red bell pepper and how few uses there are for it. Short of unstuffed, the next best olive garnish for a Martini is an olive stuffed with anchovy. An anchovy stuffed olive garnished Martini is a Mariner's Martini. Santa Barbara Anchovy Stuffed Olives are perfect for the purpose. They are also reasonably priced and American grown.

HARD TO DELIVER INTACT
I've ordered these twice through amazon. The first order delivered had one bottle [out of 6 bottles in the box] that had the cap off.The second order delivered had two bottles [out of 6 bottles] broken! Glass all in the box.So I've lost 3 out of 12 bottle so far.I don't know if Amazon workers read this but, if they do, may be the could send me 3 free bottles to make up for the three broken bottles? I have a picture of the 2 broken bottle in the box if needed. I buy this product because I like my olives stuffed with anchovies and I can't find them locally .

Taste was what I was looking for
The taste is what I was looking for. One of the lids was loose and caused mold. They do back their products. I will buy from them again

VERY small olives
Very disappointed in these olives! They are super tiny and not "large" as described. In fact, I have never seen olives this small, stuffed or unstuffed. If there are any anchovies in the olives, I can't see them or taste them. And the worst part? I had to buy six jars. Isn't that special.
