Big Chair for Little Money (Long Term Review)
Originally purchased in January of 2023. After 3 years of daily use, I have had 0 issues with this Big & Tall Office Chair. The chair Looks great and is easy to assemble, the parts are extremely sturdy with adjustable arms and lumbar support to get that custom fit. The seat cushion is thick and stays comfortable, whether I am working from home or going for a late night gaming session. The adjustable height piston stays in position and does not need to be constantly readjusted. You will Not be disappointed with this chair, Comfortable, Well Built, Best Bang for your Buck.

Love this chair
I bought this chair for my husband after many years of trying to find a chair that was comfortable, that would hold his weight (he is 6' 1 and usually ranges between 300-350 lbs) and would last. In the past I would buy a chair that would say it held a weight more than what he currently weighed, and every time after a year or two the hydraulics would begin messing up or just quit working and he would be sitting in the lowest position the chair would allow. I came across this chair and the reviews I read were positive enough I figured we should give this chair a chance. When we initially received the box there was a hole in the bottom corner, which would not have bothered me except that the hydraulic bar was missing. We contacted Amazon. They had us send the chair back and promptly replaced it. After getting the replacement my husband held out with his busted one for a while until I finally remined him that I did not buy the chair for it to keep sitting in the box that was currently being used as a table. I pulled it out and put it together very easily. I don't recall fumbling with it at all. He has now used it for close to two years and it does not show any signs of the hydraulic wearing out. Bonus for us, even if it does wear out, the chair sits higher than normal computer chairs do so it won't cause him the normal discomfort the other chairs do of sitting lower. The seat cushion is still firm and has not flattened out. I feel like a little kid sitting in the chair when it comes to the size of the seat and height of the chair. My husband can sit all the way back in the chair and his feet don't rest on the ground unless he tilts his toes downward. He loves the chair still. I'm sure him losing weight (he is now below 300 lbs) will help the chair last even longer!

DO NOT BUY Rocking After 2 Months
May 2nd 2024 update: Chair is completely unfunctional due to bad metal (the plate under had a giant hole like it can't handle 220lbs). I slide comepletely off the chair because the base now sits at a 45 degree front-wards lean. This can only be fixed via welding and is a manufacturer error. Both myself and Amazon customer support tried to reach them and they've ignored us. Amazon can't do anything after 30 days and since this broke down completely in May nothing can be done. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. May update 2024: The chair has a significant lean forward and metal is starting to break under the seat. It has about a 30 degree lean forward to where if I try to slide under my desk I actually fall out of the chair. It creaks extremely bad as well, with many pop sounds. I have no idea how this is still listed as I'm only 220 pounds and it's almost completely broken in under a year. Anyone who's heavier is at significant risk of injury. February 2024 update: Rocking has gotten so bad I've almost fell out of the chair to the side even with the locking mechanism in place to stop the seat from it's natural rear-recline. The seat under the fabric is falsely made to seem like its cushioned but it's like a hollow, hollow plastic square of a seat. Almost like a giant tupperware with a thin cushion jacket around it. I can lean in most directions and hear it pop from flexing to and from its shape. It's extremely uncomfortable now because of all this. No actual cushion, constant leaning (the level on locks the reclining in place, there's nothing to stop it from leaning as its not supposed to do that to the side.) My tailbone hurts everytime I'm in this chair, it's terrible. Avoid at all costs. Original 2 Month review: Assembly was pretty straight forward. You have to tighten (as per the instructions) the screws every 2 weeks. Yet despite doing this, a weird rocking has built up slowly since the purchase. No amount of tightening will fix this. So I'm assuming if I'm lucky this chair only has a 4-5 month life span since it's already doing this 2 months in, as the screws aren't the problem.

Solid start!
Honestly bought this as a hold over until I can afford a high end ergonomic chair... With that said I'm really in no rush to replace this. I'm 6'4, almost 300lb, the chair feels great. The assembly was slightly annoying (I just wish the base was preassembled and welded instead of the machine screws- still very sturdy!). The mesh back is change for me and feels great in long gaming or work sessions, the seat cushion is very respectable for the money Pros: +Feels sturdy from the moment I sat on it +Solid metal/steel support components +Price to value (to me) +The "3d armrests" adjust vertically easy but don't rotate like my old chair... Which I prefer!!!! The can be adjusted narrow or weirder with an allen wrench/key (came with a solid one and a nice handle to make building easier) +Decent instructions +Decent lumbar adjustment Cons: -Assembley can be cumbersome, might need an extra pair of hands to hold things in place to assemble, although if you're patient take your time you can do it alone. -each spoke on the base is attached with two fairly heavy duty machine screws, does feel good, but personally just wish this was preassembled and welded. -if you're significantly taller than me, say 6'6 and above the back my might be a bit low. For me I prefer this for acoustic reasons (I'm an audiophile and don't want my head in reflection zone like most gamer chairs do). But if you want a head/neck rest maybe reconsider.

Nice "big guy" chair for the price
This is a nice "big guy" chair for the price, the description is correct, it's able to handle my 6 foot 450 pound frame with comfort and ease. Took me about 30 minutes to put it together with the included T-shaped Allen wrench. I cranked the bolts extra tight so there is no squeaking or rattling, but it took a good amount of effort to do so, so if don't have a rather strong grip you might need some help. It's got a very firm seat cushion, which means it's comfortable to sit in for long periods, at least for me. No "bottoming out" and feeling like you're sitting on a sheet of plywood like some other chairs I've had. Plenty of width in the seat, and the armrests stick out a little wider, so no squeezing in or pinching on the thighs or anything. It's a big chair for big people, which, again, makes it very comfortable for someone my size. I love mesh-backed chairs, and this one reminds me of the (much much more expensive) Herman Miller Aeron I sat in for five years at an old job (favorite chair ever, some day I'll get one!) with a breathable and flexible yet firm webbed mesh back with lumbar support. This particular model does not tilt, I assume to cut down on cost. But that is fine with me, I don't like to tilt in office chairs anyway, something about them tipping over backwards due to my sheer bulk ;) I did swap out the stock wheels for some aftermarket "rollerblade" style wheels with bearings, and that makes rolling around while sitting or just moving it around a breeze, without leaving any marks or tears on my vinyl flooring. Overall, highly recommended!

Nice and big
This chair is perfect. I weigh 315 and am 5'6. I wanted something sturdy and comfortable. The base is heavy sturdy metal. The seat is pretty comfortable and is nice and wide and deep. It doesn't need an extra cushion but I may get one just to be even more comfortable. The seat depth fits the back of my knees just right. The arms are adjustable up and down and also in and out. I use them to help push up out of the chair and they seem sturdy. The arms could be a little longer but they work fine. The back is a little high but not like some huge high backed desk chairs. I like the mesh design. The chair is big but doesn't seem overpowering and bulky like some large size desk chairs. The back is arched just right and there is not a big gap between the seat and back.

Works fine for light use
I got this chair about 6 months ago when I got a job working full time from home - so I have spent 8-9 hours a day in this chair for the last 6 months. I am 5 foot 5 and weigh over 350 pounds. I am also very hippy - I carry that weight in my butt and thighs. This chair is wide enough to accommodate my massive backside. When I was putting it together a small piece of plastic that was part of the back broke, so the back did not come together as tightly as it should. Picture 2 shows the gap - but I could not tell that it caused any functional issues so I let it be. With my weight and the casters that were provided, I was hurting my knees getting the chair to move - so I replaced the casters that came with the chair with the rollerblade type casters - that solved that problem. I also added arm cushions to the arm rests. I like the adjustability of the arm rests - they seem to stay put wherever you put them so you can get the height to meet your needs. I have had no problem keeping the chair at the right height - although I now have it at the lowest position because this is most comfortable for my legs. The lumbar support pillow behind the back slides up and down, but does not stay where I put it and ends up down at the bottom by the end of the day. Since I do have a big backside I need the lumbar to be higher. My big issue is that I seem to have worn down any support that existed in the seat cushion. By the end of the day my butt just hurts. I have tried adding a cushion, but that makes the chair too tall for me to easily get in to it. (One of the unspoken issues with being large and trying to sit in a chair with wheels is that you can easily shoot the chair across the room and end up on the floor if you can't sit down into it with enough of your behind in the chair.) I think this chair would be perfectly fine if I was only using it a few hours a day. In fact, I'm good in it for about 4-5 hours a day. It just does not work for me for all day and I have ordered a more expensive chair.

Sturdy at first
4/4/25 Update: The chair has become wobbly and tilts to one side. It's very squeaky and noise. Bought this for my home office. It's easy to assemble. The wheels work well on my carpet. It's sturdy enough, overall. It's big! It's probably larger than what I needed, or realized when I bought it. But it works! I have lower back disc issues and a bruised tail bone. I use a special butt-pillow while sitting on this (and any) chair. So far I haven't had any pain arise while using this chair. The back rest is mesh and very firm. I guess that's good considering the weight it's supposed to support. The lumbar piece is really firm, too, which I dislike, but then again, my back hasn't had any problems with it as it does with other office chairs, so maybe this firmness is what my back needs. The seat cushion of the chair is cushy and I could see it being uncomfortable and flattened after prolonged use, so I'd recommend buying an additional cushion if you're like me and have back/butt issues. The arms are adjustable up/down. Since the seat is extra wide, the arms aren't squishing into my sides. The back doesn't recline independently from the chair (a feature my in-office chair has) but rather the whole seat tilts back slightly (not very far). Overall, good chair.

Love it
Pleasantly surprised. Wide seat. Sturdy build. No more arm rests digging in my sides. Slides well, easy to build. So nice to have a chair that was affordable and fit my hips

Boss up in this chair made for the large and in charge
Ok here's the skinny... I am not. I'm 5' 5" and likely over 340 lbs (I don't use scales because they're toxic to my soul). The average width of a seat is not problematic unless the arms aren't adjustable so I wasn't looking for a wide seat chair as much as a deep seated chair. You see, I have a plentiful backside and unless there are gaps between the chair back and chair seat, that fleshy part of my body pushes me forward. I'm always trying to prevent myself from slipping off (especially leather seats). Pros to this chair: 1. The seat is deeper than the average. 2. The arms are set wide because the seat is wider than the average. 3. The arms can be tightened against the seat or an inch or so away from the seat so very accommodating. 4. The arms can be left off entirely. 5. The chair is fabric (not leather) so no slipping. 6. The seat cushion is thick enough that my backside feels cradled *winky face*. 7. The chair was relatively easy to assemble by myself. Cons to this chair: 1. The chair is a little higher than the average chair so if you're shorter like me, you'll likely need a foot rest. I mean it is advertised as "Big and Tall" so I should have expected that. 2. The chair feels a tiny bit wobbly. Now it's entirely possible that I have some more tightening to do. 3. The 'lumbar supoort' is not well placed or adjustable enough for someone with an extra large backside. I would like to be able to raise it higher. 4. The chair doesn't seem to roll as smoothly as my last chair. I recommend this chair to large bodied folks and in fact I've already suggested it to some friends.

Very Comfortable and Durable for a Big & Tall Guy
Exactly what I need to work and game from home! I ordered and received this brand new chair 4 months ago and have been using it steadily every day since. I am a big and tall man (over 6ft, over 300lbs) and my previous work from home chair with a similar design (except plastic back support) finally wore and broke. I was searching for a chair with a wide seat and sturdy metal back support for my 40+ hours working from home and gaming, and this chair is the exact design I was looking for (mesh back + adjustable arms). Delivery/Assembly: The delivery was super fast - I got it within 2 days of ordering and it wasn't fulfilled by Amazon. The packaging was brand new and well packed (I had read reviews of other chairs being delivered with opened packing after being returned). Though everything was well packaged, one of 4 plastic clips on the cosmetic plastic back plate had cracked off (see picture). This has not been an issue and the back plate remains secured to the chair 4 months later. If I lean back really far that corner will pop out slightly but the back plate hasn't fallen off. This would be the only minor issue with the packaging/assembly. It even came with a very ergonomic alan key tool with a plastic grip for assembly, better than most furniture which comes with the simple L-shaped tool. Comfort: I find this chair to be very comfortable to be sitting in most of the day. The seat cushion is very comfortable and breathable, but I have placed a couple of pillows on it for added cushioning since I am using the chair soo much. This is also to preserve the chair cushion. When I first got the chair I kept it locked upright and felt that the lumbar support was set slightly high, until I boosted myself up with pillows. I now usually have the chair unlocked to freely recline and I appreciate the range of motion it allows. *One of the most important features is that I can push back in the reclining state without fear of the chair breaking or tipping over under my weight. The primary L-shaped bar which connects the seat is made of wide, thick metal and I do not worry that I will break the back or tip over, as I am wary of with other office chairs. The arm rests are very comfortable and can go fairly high. I sit all day with my arms rested on them as I type and they do not have any sharp edges and their material is soft to lean on. The reclining mechanism is simple to use and I do not experience the pneumatic support slowly lowering or getting shorter during the day, as I have heard in reviews of other office chairs. I don't usually write reviews but I did a lot of research to find the perfect working from home chair and hopefully this will be helpful to others on the same search. I do find this to be a great value and one of the best office chairs I've ever used. I don't just use this for work, I used to play games from my couch but have since transitioned to using this chair for gaming, so I am using it most of the day when home. Ultimately I give this chair 5/5 stars as it is the exact design I was looking for, is very comfortable and has the necessary support for someone of my size. None of the minor flaws seemed enough to warrant removing a star and the price is also much cheaper than other chairs I have seen with a similar look, but are not designed to handle over 300lbs. I hope this helps! UPDATE: The metal of the main mechanism which controls the height and attaches the leg to the seat cracked approximately 1.5 years after purchase. When I emailed the manufacturer to request a replacement part (which I said I would gladly pay for) they sent a brief reply stating that they are not "allowed" to send/sell replacement parts after the 90 day warranty has ended. For this reason I downgraded to 4/5 stars. I'll still bought another of these chairs while waiting for their reply, as it was comfortable and lasted a year and a half of daily use all day.

Amazing Chair for your Computer
The chair came in one box. Which was completely intact. My husband is a larger man 350+ lbs. He spends a lot of time at the computer, mostly playing games and doing research. I’d been looking for several months for a new chair, because our old one was very sad to look at or sit in. I checked out the previous reviews on this particular chair and had it in my cart for awhile. Closer to the Christmas holiday 2022 I decided to take the chance. Once my husband opened the box, it took minimal time to assemble the chair. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone. We all love the fact that the seat is a little wider than normal, and comfortable. The rear of the seat prevents your back from becoming overheated. There’s nothing worse then your shirt sticking to your sweating back!!! It’s a genius design. I’m surprised that more chairs aren’t like this. There are 5 of us in our home. The adaptability of the seat accommodates everyone. I have back issues and I’ve got no issues sitting in the chair. I honestly wish I’d purchased the chair long before last Christmas season.
