I love titanium watches. The look, the feel, the weight, the strength. The scratches? Not so much. Plain titanium is a scratch magnet, it can be buffed out, but many ti watches have a coating, and once that's scratched the whole case has to be buffed down to pure titanium. I had a relatively inexpensive Breitling Aerospace, but gave it to my dad...I had alot of Breitling Avengers, and those were great, looking tougher the more the ti got scuffed. But for a daily wear, I'm older and want a thinner watch. I have a 9000 dollar panerai in ti, but never wear it because it's mint and perfect and I just can't scratch it. Enter Citizen! They're super ti seems pretty impervious to scratches, and I don't care because it's under 500 bucks. I bought both the green and the blue and black and they are my ranch watches. Just can't do plastic watches, unless I'm riding in a 5-ton... So these check the boxes, super good looking, super accurate, solar, inexpensive, and all the benefits of a really good Titanium. Love them...

The watch itself is very good looking, accurate, extremely light weight, comfortable on the wrist, gentle on the skin, not too pricey, and once set it should work flawlessly for many years. There is no need to manually adjusting the dates every other month, as the initial calibration includes entering the day, month, and also the number of years that have passed since the last leap year. Users will still need to manually adjust the time twice a year, when switching between summer savings time and winter time and vice versa. However, to insert all of the information into this analog watch is not an easy task. I had to use multiple videos on YouTube to learn how to do that, and even then it took me several attempts and a lot of time. It is a pity that Citizen does not provide decent instructions in the box (buyers are asked to scan a QR code and then download an app, and then search there for the instructions, which I could not find). Well, I am glad I succeeded eventually, so the main struggle is behind me. Took off 3 links from the bracelet (with the help of a jeweler) and it fits my wrist nice. Overall, very good purchase for someone that wants a reliable 43 mm watch, water resistant (100 meters should be fine for non pro divers), that is barely felt when wearing it).

My favorite watch!

We have been experiencing issues with keeping a charge after year and a half. It currently no longer keeps a charge to wear. We have tried all of the troubleshooting ideas suggested.
