I am the poster child for gut issues - I have had IBS-D since childhood, have a history of using strong antibiotics at times and more recently 11 years of extreme stress + menopause/weight gain. My gut is wrecked and I needed to find a solution to ALL of that damage/imbalance. THIS MaryRuths complete gut health has been a HUGE savior for me so far. I started taking it about a week ago and I immediately noticed my gut issues calming/disappearing. I was so happy to see something actually working. I've taken basic probiotics before and have never seen this kind of response. I believe the pre-, pro and post biotics are the key along with that corebiome. I've done some research on that and it seems that my results are aligned with that. In addition, I have seen as a result, less weight around my stomach/back (fat loss? Less Water retention?). Whatever it is, it's working and that was part of my ultimate goal, balance, my gut, balance, my hormones, and reduce the increased belly and back weight that I have seen within the past year during menopause. It's been a great start so far and I hope this continues to be positive for me as I use this over the next few weeks towards my goal!!!!UPDATE 5/8/26 - still taking it and still doing great. I decided to cut my carbs down a bit in the last two weeks, while on this, and I can now see some weight dropping slowly when I didn't before. . I'm happy something is working towards my weight loss goal

I've been using and looking and using and trying various probiotic capsules for the past three years. I give up for a time, as none of them deliver on any of the promises they make -- at least for my particular gut biome -- so I eventually decide to try yet another one. THIS ONE IS IT for me.I've had discomfort from probiotics, I've definitely had discomfort from post-biotics (which is not supposed to happen, but happen it did) and a whole host of things that are healthy foods disturb my innards -- sometimes even water when its cranky in there. No kidding.I have about given up, and to be honest, I don't remember how I stumbled across this brand of gut health capsule. I didn't hold out any hope, but it felt right to "try one more time." Yeah, like all the other times. But hey, what could it hurt? Well, guess what? IT is working. I've held off writing a review even in spite of my initial feelings of positivity.In the first ten days of using this, I did not at any time feel any disturbance or discomfort in my GI tract... that in itself was a blessing. Things change slowly inside our guts, so I wanted to let this roll on for at least six weeks before making a further judgement. Now is the time.I am not "cured" of anything (nor have I been diagnosed with anything) but my level of discomfort and ease of elimination has improved noticeably. This supplement is not going to "fix" anything completely, but the fact that it has helped me up to a certain point is Pure Gold.Lastly, before I end this review -- it does NOT have some god-awful stench. Geeze, guys and gals! (Okay, perhaps they reformulated it in recent years?) It does have an odor, but it reminds me distinctly of the fake cheesy powder you find at the bottom of a junk food bag (popcorn, triangular chip things, etc) and it doesn't linger on your digits and palm, and it does not fill up a room or any space whatsoever with an odor. Therefore, if in reading other reviews, you are hesitant due to reading about an aroma, let that stuff drop. I've gone through more than one bottle, so my statement is not a one-off.

I’ve tried many products for my bloating and FINALLY I found one that works!! I’m five days in and I notice the difference within 4/5 days. I absolutely recommend it! The smell is a little strong but nothing unbearable. I’ll definitely continue taking.

The ingredients look clean and my stomach has been less bloated and easier digestion since taking for 2+ weeks now. However, agree with others that the smell and taste is rough. If you are easily grossed out by a smell these are not for you. I will say too I have had the weirdest dreams since taking these?? No one else. Like very strange dreams. 😂

These are a great probiotic.

Works as described. I prefer the Digestive Food Enzymes. Makes more of a meaningful impact with bloating after meals.

Wow!!! I notice a difference taking these. So much better than other brands. Worth every penny. No bad taste.

This is one of the best products for anyone with stomach issues. I have tried so many products and found this to be most effective.
