I had a handheld Dyson which I adored. It broke over a year or so ago, so I thought. We made do with our cord vacuum but with our house being 3 storeys it was not fun. I longed to get the handheld back. Whilst clearing out things for the skip and charity shop, I came across the Dyson and gave it one last shot by purchasing this battery. I had little hope to be honest but it worked and we have the vacuum back. I don't think I was this happy when we bought it - I guess I know now how much I missed it. These cordless vacuums batteries are not designed to last I don't feel, so before you throw yours away, try replacing the battery first it might just save it.

useful and good suction

I've been using this for six months in a Dyson DC59 with the original wall bracket charger and been generally happy with performance. It seems to charge fairly quickly and lasts longer when vacuuming than the original battery. Fitting it is easy enough, just a matter of undoing two screws. Unfortunately the battery suddenly stopped charging. It turns out the charger socket had got pushed back into the battery case and no longer makes proper contact with the plug. This never happened in many years of use of the original battery. Update: after fixing the displaced socket problem, this battery lasted about 4 years before needing replacement. Not as long as the original Dyson part, but certainly good enough for the price.

I bought this three months ago to replace my Dyson battery that would not hold a charge. Battery arrived promptly and was easy to swap. Fully charged the battery but it lasted only five minutes. Have tried a few more times, same thing. Trying to get it sorted under warranty is a nightmare, no real help from anyone on how to do this. Suggest you pay a little bit more and by an original one from Dyson, for a better warranty process if nothing else.

Great buy

Excellent product have been using it for months now and glad I bought the battery and didn’t replace the whole vacuum cleaner which has saved me a lot of money and it’s better for the environment too. After fully charging it gives the same run hour as the original battery which is great. The battery for the vacuum cleaner was easy to replace. It fit my Dyson v6 and has lasted a long time. The functionality is that it charges well.

Rapport qualité prix imbattable, acheté en Amazon second main a quasiment 50%, la batterie tient bien la charge, s’insert parfaitement dans mon Dyson v6. J’ai retrouvé l’autonomie d’origine. À voir dans la durée…

Auf meinen beiden Etagen habe ich jeweils 1 Dyson V6-Animal Pro in Gebrauch. Der Zweite war notwendig, da die Leistung eines Einzelnen nicht ausreichte für 2 Etagen, zumal unsere Freigänger-Katze sich frei bewegen darf und saisonal ziemlich haart. Zwei neue Original-Akkus mit 2100 mAh und 46 Wh Leistung habe ich schon seit 2 Jahren im Gebrauch, wobei einer schon wieder schwächelte. Daraufhin entschließ ich mich, mal ein anderes Produkt auszuprobieren. Habe den hier bewerteten Akku nun schon seit einiger Zeit im Gebrauch und muss sagen, dass er zu den Besten zählt, die ich nachbestellt habe. Er hat prinzipiell die doppelte Leistung und Kapazität von einem Dyson-Akku was man deutlich spürt. Nicht nur die Saugleistung ist höher, auch hält dieser Akku für das Saugen beider Etagen durch. Ich bin einfach nur begeistert und kann Dyson nur empfehlen, sich mal ein Beispiel daran zu nehmen. Also ganz klare Kaufempfehlung !!

Me ha sorprendido la durabilidad ,dura más que las que ponen de 6000 mAh ya qué está es de 4000 mAh pero me ha durado bastante más . Espero que duren en el tiempo ya que todas las que he comprado no duran apenas 2 años
