Is this 2" thick or 3.2"? Is the bottom solid and flat also? Will they work for a 36,000 lb motorhome?

It is 1 inch thick and it will work for anything that has outrigger pads 18"x18" or smaller.

What is the weight rating?

I'm not sure what the weight rating is but I bought them for our 40ft.bucket trucks mounted on 5500 Ram trucks to use under the outriggers and they worked great.The trucks weigh about 17,000lbs.
