This is the first mushroom blend I've had and I really like the flavor. The taste is not overpowering. I've noticed that I am a bit more focused at work and less tired by the end of the day. It makes me feel calm, but also provides great energy. The price on Amazon was cheaper than the local market.

Most Important: highly beneficial for focus. Expensive, but worth it, in my opinion. Flavor is decent. Easy to use. Every morning, I drink 20oz of cold water with: . Athletic Greens (a multinutrient probiotic mix) . Four Sigmatic FOCUS . Four Sigmatic DEFEND in a Blender Bottle shaken with ice. An expensive, but necessary (for me) elixir. I'm a 69 year-old software developer. I can't afford to be absent-minded or daydream on the job. I optimize whatever whenever I can to maintain quality of life, including an above average paying job with benefits. However that job comes with...you guessed it... stress in the form of tight deadlines and expectations of perfect outcomes. I have a coworker who occasionally mentioned his brain fog. He definitely is foggy at times in a funny cute way. Aren't we all, especially when our sleep or nutrition or exercise isn't what it could be? There's nothing cute or funny though about brain fog when it comes to your livelihood being at stake! The last time my friend mentioned his brain fog, I told him about shrooms and Four Sigmatic FOCUS. A couple of months later, he said he'd gotten some FOCUS and was it ever expensive! Yes, I agreed. He also said it seemed to be working for him. Later he asked if I thought it was a placebo effect. I told him he has to figure that out for himself. Last week he said he ran out and freaked because his brain fog was back! He sent for an expedited order of FOCUS. He realized it wasn't a placebo after all. I've used both Four Sigmatic FOCUS and Four Sigmatic DEFEND for a year now. I have meditated, exercised, and eaten well for years. But since I added Four Sigmatic FOCUS & DEFEND, there's been a significant boost in well-being, confidence and clarity of mind. I recommend it highly.

I thought this was the "coffee focus" flavor -but it is not. It tastes more like tea and isn't as good. I likely won't buy this again. The container was about half-full as many people have commented. But the contents do settle during shipping. Serving size is also 2 grams, which is not much. The container refers to a scoop that you're supposed to use to scoop out the product but there is no scoop in the container. I plan to measure out the product on my kitchen scale to see what two grams of this product actually looks like. Product does not dissolve as well in cold water as it does in hot.

I have been very happy with this product. I have noticed a definite increase in my mental clarity on the days that I take this product.

I've been using this product for 3 years. The seller shows pictures of the cannister as what you are buying. Instead, I received the resealable bag. This is important to me because the cannister is a much neater/easier way to store the product and it includes the measuring cup for the product. The resealable pouch does not include the measuring cup. This product has a price that is higher than other Amazon postings that contain the resealable bag as the product, and I was willing to pay that knowing I was getting the cannister. Seller should update photos and description that this is not the cannister set, but instead, the resealable bag product.

I legit start every week day with this in my coffee. It has a chocolatey taste so my coffee tastes a tiny bit mocha-y but I personally really love it. I can see a huge different in my day when I do add this in my coffee and when I don't. I feel more focused throughout my work day and don't hit a 2/3pm slump.
