We purchased an entire set of nanobond pots and pans. To warrant the $2k or so expense we figured they would be a set that would last a lifetime and be a healthier alternative to traditional and much less expensive stainless steel pots. To our dismay, the pots became heavily potted and stained after the first use doing basic cooking. It happened to several pots, not just one. Soap and scrubbing would not remove it. The only thing that seemed to help was the sample cleaner that Hestan provided with one of the pots which is full of harsh chemicals. Using it to fix stains after each use defeated the purpose of us seeking a healthier alternative to stainless steel as a certain amount of residue would be likely to find it's way into our food. I contacted Hestan and received a reply via email instructing me their support was severely backed up and I would not receive a response for three weeks. Convenient for them cause this would run out my return period and leave me stuck with defective sets that I paid an arm and a leg for. Three weeks passed and there was no response. I followed up several times and still no response. We are now entering week five, no response and I'm stuck with these defective products. When you pay this much for pots and pans you expect to set that would not stain like this after the first use and at least a support that would match the price tag. I received neither of these and am very frustrated with the purchase. It's a beautiful set but the titanium branding is quite misleading as it does not stand up to basic cooking tasks and customer support is non existent. Buyers beware.

expensive - yes, worth it? imo yes - every cent. these are terrific pans

This is my 3rd nano pan. I use them on a gas range, but I tried them on my portable induction plate. Super success all around. Highly recommend these namo bond titanium pans!

Nobody will accuse this pan of being affordable. You do get quality for your investment however. While it’s not advertised as nonstick the titanium coating is very forgiving in this aspect as it’s incredibly smooth. Don’t expect teflon slipperiness but better than standard stainless steel. Pretty easy to clean with the flat rivets, a little space between the handle and rim that’s a bit hard to get to but it shouldn’t often need cleaning in that area unless you are spilling food a lot while you cook. Great pan quality however was a bit too short for what i wanted as I wanted something tall enough to avoid splashes when boiling water for macaroni etc. so i did return mine however I got a hestan all in one pan that has the same titanium coating and is a bit taller and is now my go to for 95% of meals i cook for myself. I don’t think I should take away starts for it being on the short side as it depends what you’re trying to do with it however I would like to see at least an option in a similar capacity that is taller rather than wider for boiling projects to leave a bit of room for bubbling water. I would also like to see have included some silicone covers for the lid handles as they can get very hot
