This product is great. Got it today and installed in 20 minutes. Very easy to set up. The interior cover portion is plastic which is disappointing but at this price point I understand. The rest of it is solid metal. I recommend this product.

Great product. Installed in just 15 minutes. Works every time. Automatically locks the door like the directions say (which is also programmable up to 90 seconds). My wife also loves the product. We will buy more of these for our other properties/doors.It does not have WIFI features.

Was what I needed pretty easy to install

This is an amazing lock at a fraction of the price that you would pay at a big box store. Worst part about it is the instalation. That can be a bear if you aren't handy. I couldn't figure it out at 1st, but i got a few people together. It all came together and now I love it!

Had multiple keyless locks, this is the best by far. The instructions are a bit small/difficult to read but they are simple to follow. The beeping seemed like it would be annoying, but it is quiet and unobtrusive so it is reassuring.

It was great at first but now it is malfunctioning. Every time I lock it it locks and unlocks 3 times and when I put the code in to unlock it it unlocks and then locks. Tried taking out the batteries to reboot it but it still does the same thing.

I just received the package and it took no more than a few min to install. The reason I was able to install so fast was my existing holes match exactly with this lock. However, if I had to start from the fresh, I would definitely return this back to Amazon.Issues that I have with this lock...1)The adding/changing the user code was simple enough if you can find the instruction and able to read the instruction at the bottom of the box. I know it is a cheaper lock than similar locks on the market, but how much does it cost to print concise instruction and add it to the box?2) Another cheap thing about this lock is, it only comes with 1 manual key. So, now I have to run out and get the key made, so I have the spare key.3) The color of the plate is another issue. I ordered Satin Nickel. It looks great. However, the inside plate is brown plastic. For the price, I understand the plastic part. But, can they at least matched the color of the Satin Nickel? I don't have the lock right now and it's a security issue, so I will keep this for now. But I will have to replace it with something else. As far as the function of the lock, it works, but it looks odd to have a Satin Nickel door handle and all with brown plastic lock plates.4) The instruction on the box does not indicate how to lock the door. Again, if they have the instruction included in the package with how to lock the door, it would have saved me a headache. After trying out different methods to lock the door, but nothing worked, I searched and found my answer here @ Amazon.However, even with all issues mentioned above, this is a simple keyless lock with a good priceif you are looking to change from a manual lock to a keyless lock on a budget, I would recommend this lock.

This was one of those lucky cheap purchases. My sister has a really expensive one and this one is close in quality. Now she can run it from her phone and this one doesn't do that. But you type in the code and the door opens! It's great!
