Sorry, I returned this because is is too large diameter and very awkward to use. I have tight hip muscles and wanted to use this to help massage/loosen them. I am not a tall person, so maybe that is why it didn't suit me. I returned it and have just been using a tennis ball with great results. For me, if this was like a 3" diameter it would have been more useful.

helps a lot any time day or night
it does exactly what i expect. and it is sturdy enough for me... takes some skill and learning to use it, but overall it is convenient as i can do it any time day or night at home. with the help of a family member, it helps rolling on angles that may not be easy to use. anyway, i am glad i have this massage foram/roller.

Ridges are too big
The ridges on this are too harsh making it really hard to use. I thought they would be more soothing but the ridges so big it's just uncomfortable. Also I don't think this is long enough to really use.
