The media could not be loaded.  I don't usually write reviews but I ordered this with high hopes based off of the previous reviews but this products does not even work correctly. It squirts BOILING HOT water out in huge amounts, it isn't even steam it is a bunch of water coming out like you turned on the sink and it burns! It is made poorly because even the product burns when you pick it up after or even touch it. Plus the cord is too short for you to put it anywhere for you to relax with it on. I tried the product a few times, following instructions every time and after maybe a minute of steam it goes crazy. Made a mess, I would definitely not recommend - unless you need a good laugh watching the water go crazy and squirt everywhere.

I’ve been trying to rid myself of foundation and focus on bettering my skin care routine. This little thing is amazing ! I cleanse, steam, and Mask... by morning you can see a huge difference! I have yet to use the little tools it comes with, but the band is great for keeping product out my hair

This does the job but really you get what you pay for. If you can, pay an extra ten dollars and you’ll get a better steamer. My main complaint with this is the aim at your face is a little awkward. I find I have to angle my head and it just doesn’t hit my entire face with steam. Second, if you fill it up too close to the “full line”, it squirts boiling hot water on you. I’ve had mine for about two months now and I’m not sure if I’m going to keep it or return.

Almost perfect. This baby gets hot. Steaming hot. The front nozzle didn’t move at all. So getting into right position difficult. Do not over fill bc it will boil. And do not add oil bc it will boil. When it boils it sprays out the front and will burn skin. Turns off when water is empty. Small burning smell. Use almost daily and gets better each time. Tool set beautiful rose gold. Headband tight.

I highly recommend!! OMG 😍 this bad boi does the J.O.B. it steam's....it gets HOT!! It does everything it's suppose to do as described!! So light weight.... doesn't take up space..... Y'all will not be disappointed 😉 I promise.....best product I've bought so far hands down.....this little guy packs a Huge punch!!!

Not a professional steamer at all. Small reservoir that heat's a very small amount of water. Totally disappointed ☹️ doesn't produce steam at all.

I was skeptical to buy out of other review but I ordered because of price, this product is not good steamer for face, it does not create enough steam for the face, and about one and half month in and stop working.

Extremely convenient and cute. Do not fill this up past the max line, it will spit the water out once it’s heated up. Essentially, just take precautions and follow the instructions.

Llevo 4 meses usando el aparato una o dos veces por semana y sigue sirviendo a la perfección, debes poner agua a la medida que te dice y no pasarte, te da vapor alrededor de los 15minEs pequeño y se guarda fácilmente, lo volvería a comprar.
