The band seems very slim, but makes it easier to wear and keeps the fabric close to the eyes. It does get very hot, but can be adjusted. Does a great job and love the timer. The only downside side to it is the cord comes out on the left side and I sleep on the right side of the bed so I have to tuck the cord between pillows so its not laying on my head.

Heats up quickly. Comfortable. Has a good timer so you don’t need to shut it off yourself.

The construction of the mask is a little wonky, but it's very soft and I love that you can set a heat setting and a timer so it will turn off if you accidentally fall asleep. It's very relaxing and I believe it helped with reducing the chalazions.

I got it for my wife ... she says she loves it (she does use it almost everyday) and she is going to get one more for her sister as well and possibly more. She has tried a few ... this one is the one.

My wife has been dealing a recent stye problem. Aside from some medicated eye drops, the doctor recommended heat therapy. A few of the available therapies she's tried, Hot towels, microwaveable eye sacks, a heat + eye massager, and those disposable Starry eyemasks, which are hard to come by. All of these options are very short lived. I knew there had to be something long lasting, electrical or battery operated out there and sure enough there are a few products. Chose this one because at least the sleeve is washable. I like how the wire has a breakaway. Good for safety if falling asleep with it on and you toss and turn. At first we plugged it directly to a wall socket, but that kind of gave me the heebie-jeebies, being an electrician and having an inherent respect for alternating current, we switched to a USB power pack which came with a belt style heat pad we picked up here on amazon some time ago. Worked out perfect. She has the extended therapy she needs and I have the peace of mind she can use it safely. It takes a few minutes to heat up and she feels she can comfortably use it at 110° for 20-30min. We agreed it seems a bit oversized compared to her regular night masks, nevertheless, she still appreciates it very much.

At my eye dr office, I got roped into paying $36 for a microwaveable heat pack. She told me it was essential to manage my dry eye condition and to keep it from getting worse. Well that thing ended up breaking and never stayed warm long enough to do anything anyway. This mask on the other hand has proven the medical aspect if what the Dr wanted me to achieve. I would suggest that if optometrists and opticians really cared, they'd offer a product like this instead!I have used this now for several months - delibrately waiting to write my review. Dr.s orders was to apply heat 2x daily but I just don't have time in the a.m., so I use it at bedtime after putting in my high quality OTC drops (starts with a 'V'). I also added Quercetin/Bromelain and Lutein supplements to my regimen and I can honestly say that my dry eye condition has improved. It takes time though and you have to be diligent, but it does work.I'm on the computer all day for work and I got to the point where I couldn't stand the thought if picking up a book to read at night. And my eyes were literally hurting me in the mornings when I tried to open them!This mask is made well and very soothing. Pretty too. Looks high-end. Love that it's USB but would love it more if it came with it's own little power bank for use on the plane, etc. Buy it ! I'm happy to finally be able to have a good product to review!

This is the first time I bought a heated eye mask, and I’m very pleased with it!!I bought it at the beginning of June, and I’ve been using it almost every day!!Little bit of background, I’ve been recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and I have tension headaches practically every single day, and sometimes my eye pain is super hard, but for cronic pain, heat is better than cold (and I definitely prefer heat 😁)It’s a real pleasure to have this on my eyes. First, the fabric is super super soft, I like that if feels padded, and super love the fact that it has this little control where you can choose the temperature, and also the time, so I choose the lowest temp and put it for 15 minutes, and that’s enough, I have the confidence to sleep with this on, and it will turn off in 15 minutes when I’m already sleep. Even when it turns off automatically, you feel how it keeps warm your eyes for a little bit, and gradually cools it down to normal. I work a lot in front of a computer so, it’s a great relief.I’ve also used it a lot of times without the heat, and I really like that you can unplug the cable and has left just a little bit of cable in it, that doesn’t bother me at all.I recently travel to my hometown where my mom’s room doesn’t have blackout curtains (I need it a lot, since I rest tons better in the morning) and I love that doesn’t allow any light to filter to my eyes.Also, it came with this flat little and sturdy cute box where you can store it when you don’t use it, a good bonus, even tho I don’t use it, ‘cause I use this eye mask almost every day 😅Definitely a win for me, it has helped me immensely to feel better, and I’m glad I bought it.And I also hope this review wasn’t too long for you 😁 and that it can help you to decide to pamper yourself and give you the self love you deserve.Have an awesome day!! 🤗

I’ve only had this for a couple weeks but so far, it’s great! Heats up much better than other ones I’ve had and it’s small enough to focus the heat on your eyes instead of your whole forehead. I have overactive oil glands, dry eyes, and allergies so this mask is perfect for me!

Fantastic for eye circulation and eye conditions. Use instead of eye-mask wheat bags. For me (I travel a lot for work) it means that I don't have to interrupt my eye regime with the risk of not having a microwave in my hotel room to het up the old-school what bag! . Convenient to keep at your desk and for use during the day. Excellent quality with ample elastic for modification to different head widths. Beautiful silk feel - very soft. Heats up very quickly with a range of heat and time settings. Long cord from USB to eye mask which means easy use while seated at computer or socket. Lots of easy to understand instructions and polite and detailed welcome pack. Packaging is very distinct with attention to health and hygiene. Fast delivery and great communication with business owner, Julie - she's lovely :-) Great quality and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I love this eye mask. It works great. Love that you can adjust the temperature and duration. You can also take the heating pad out of the cover and wash the cover which is a great feature because I have to put sticky eye drops in my eyes before using the eye mask so it is great I can clean the cover when I need to.

My optometrist recommend heat to unblock my tear ducts. After much research I found this eye mask and feel the difference after my first use.As an unexpected and welcomed bonus, thé puffy bags under eyes are much smaller.Love this mask and would buy again.
