It's not Gretsch, but ....
Looks like a Gretsch, acts like a Gretsch but certainly less expensive than a Gretsch. The mounting bracket is sturdy and adjustable. The swivel ball for the mounting post is held in position very well by the clamping method and is strong enough to support any size Tom drum you want to use without worry of failing. Good product, good price .. just doesn't say Gretsch on it.
