Happy with the bed, very sturdy and solid. The under bed drawers are large which is great (although it would have been better if the bottoms weren’t MDF). I found you do need at least 2 people to assemble certain parts, and even then it was quite tricky but the instructions are helpful. You need to open all the boxes to find the general instructions and leaflets. The 20cm mattress is very soft but comfortable. I used a dark wood stain and wax to finish it and it looks excellent.Finally, there was a long split in one of the corner posts but they have an excellent free parts service on their website and I got it replaced quickly for free. Very impressed generally!

This product is brilliant! Strong and comfortable ( my 5 years old daughter can jumping without any problems). Installation not easy but can install just follow an instructions.

Day bed itself was well packaged with clear instructions and plenty of fittings (had lots of screws and dowels left over). It is bare wood so will need treatment - it took 3 coats of antique pine satin varnish to get a dark enough finish. All holes were drilled and aligned correctly. All types of bolts, screws and dowels required for assembly were present. Drawers are great quality, very large and solid. Easy to assemble ends and drawers. The hardest bit of assembly was pushing the dowels of the back rails into position as the middle rails do not have bolts to help tighten (in the end I trimmed the dowels so that they went further into the post holes and then enlisted help of another person to hold and push post while I pushed rails). Once erected and all tightened it appears to be sturdy, except that the length of the back rails means that they bend in the middle if lent against, so I will probably add an additional vertical support. It is disappointing that the day bed is only sold with one end board, but what I did was make one for the other end and fitted it exactly the same. So product is great - but not matched by the communication from courier who arrived unannounced with no tracking information (despite checking tracking daily, and even after delivery it still said product was at depot) also only 3 of 4 parcels were delivered the first time. Seller was helpful at the second time of contacting (but not the first), and their initial notification by post had grammatical and spelling errors.

The bed is decent quality once assembled. The instructions this bed came with need an upgrade they were of a very poor quality which made assembling this bed a lot more difficult than it needed to be. The seller also failed to provide all the parts which was frustrating because it delayed the assembling of the bed, however they were helpful and quick to post the missing parts for free once I emailed them. Strong and sturdy bed and looks nice.

Wow! Such a great bed. So sturdy, instructions were second to none, better than any furniture i’ve bought before. The finish of the bought product is plain and bare which is perfect for customising but not if you just wanted a finish product. However, with a little bit of effort it’s definitely made a difference. Great price for such good quality. Drawers are quite annoying to put together. Two hands are better than one for sure

Its a great sturdy bed and within budget! good purchase. But assembly can be a bit tricky. Not too hard but two hands are better than one.
