The pots follow logarithmic law. Hence suitable for volume control applications.However the resistance varied from 7K ohms to 12.5 K ohms for a nominal 10K ohms. It also has a SPST on off switch and looks different from picture shown.Delivered on time but packed without any stuffing in a slightly large box.
