The product was very hard
The product arrived with the tip on the top was broken. The oil was very hard. I purchased the product twice with both times the same thing top broken and very hard returned each time.

Since it's for our hair, and I saw no cracks, I may keep it. I didn't know that it was calcified, and will have to look or contact to see how to liquify it. Haven't used product. Contents was stuck on outside of bottle. Hopefully the appearance isn't what the effect of bottle looks like.I am glad they had it in an plastic envelope so the oils didn't spill out.

Too thick for the bottle
You can't squeeze it out of the bottle. I have to take the top off and bang it out on my sink to get any of it. Frustrating, I've just stopped using it.
