I ordered a 500g whey protein specifically for travel convenience, but I’m quite disappointed with the packaging quality. The container/lid is very poorly designed and doesn’t stay secure—it keeps popping open on its own. This makes it completely unreliable for travel, as there’s a high risk of spillage and wastage.

The taste is good as compared to avatar isorish kulfi, this product feels much lighter for my gut as compared to avatar, also the avatar felt to much sweeter then this one, which doesn't fit for my taste bud, only thing that I didn't like about this product was mixablity, there where some lumps on my shake even tho I used mixer to mix the shake, but overall it's the best as it has better absorption on my gut, and I didn't felt any bloating issues after consuming 3 scoops. Best in segment.

I ordered the chocolate flavour, even the box says chocolate, but inside, is some different, tasteless flavour (almost like plant protein), as shown in the video. At first i thought it was a mistake on my part, but once i opened and tasted the powder, i realised it was a different flavour altogether. The taste was horrible.. ive been a biozyme user for a while now, and its the first time something like this has happened to me. The inner seal was partially broken, and some of the powder had leaked out. That is when i got my suspicions. Unfortunately i dont have evidence of the seal, but looking at previous product reviews, i realised a lot of people have faced this same issue. Please do something to fix this, and its a sincere request to compensate for this.
