Buttons are bit tight to press and we need to go close to AC to make it work (it was not the case previously). Remote works fine anyways.

Worst possible remote
Extremely pathetic quality product. Did not even last one month. The original one that came with the AC lasted almost 5 years. Regret spending 1000 on this product.
