What is going on with return ????I received this product that is fit for USA and Canada, it doesn't fit indian electric socket. It doesn't meet the voltage requirment of houses in India. Needs a step down convertor and is dangerous to use without that.It's a personal item, an electric blanket that can be dangerous if not used with correct current and can result in shock or worse.Now the seller says "Buyer has not taken reasonable care" what the hell is that supposed to mean???How does Amazon let these sellers sell on Amazon, and make a fool of their Prime Customers????This is stealing and fraud.Amazon customer service told me I have to return this product myself. So I took half day off work and came to blue dart personally to return this. Now your customer service can't even give me an address to send this product back on.I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND AMAZON TO PICK UP THIS PRODUCT

This blanket is excellent! It works very well. It's soft other than the cords in it but, still soft. It's actually a nice looking blanket. I'm very happy with it.
