Tested them out on receipt, they work well and are very bright. I like to use these 120 LED/M strips with a dimmer instead of imagining that I'll have enough lumens with the 60 LED/M strips. Just what I was looking for, will buy some more.The power requirement for the strip is hard to find on the listing if it's there at all. The package says 12V, 3A but this is incorrect. I measured part of the strip with a precision meter and get a consumption of 0.3A per foot or 4.92A for the whole 5M strip. At 12V, this would be 59W for the entire strip. Figure 10% variation on a typical power supply and another 10% for safety margin. I would never want to run one of these LED power supplies near their spec limit, so you'd want a supply rated to at least 70W to run the entire strip.Warm white color looks good to the eye, though I don't have the equipment to verify the color temperature.Adhesive seems OK, in some cases the backing tape has shrunk with respect to the flex circuit itself and is pulled off, but this really isn't an issue for me, I always have an additional mounting method beyond the self-adhesive anyway.Haven't put them in service so no way to know about long term reliability.

These lights suck. I only purchased the 2835 leds to match the strips I already had. They are totally different spectrum. These are a very cheap yellow color. They also failed instantly when I plugged them in. They started working again after 10 minutes but I'm pretty sure they'll die soon...forever. JUNK. Do not buy.

Not as bright as a dense strip of 5050s but still more then half the brightness and around 1/3 the power usage so they have a great light to power ratio. These use 24 watts (tested with a wattage meter on an 8 amp power supply), while the 5050 strips I have used in the past use 72 watts, so 2 of these seem to put out more light with less power usage. I've bought 2 strips so far, they are a good color of light. One strip had a dead section, it did not effect my application, I'm building a custom light panel for my streaming setup, but that could be bad for other applications. I will probably be buying more of these just because they are cheap and functional.I took off one star for the dead section and for the mediocre adhesive, the adhesive is similar to what many of these strips come with, it is pretty bad, it lets loose whenever the strip heats up. If you get these, plan on having to help the adhesive with glue or cable staples. For strips that might actually stick look for ones that advertise 3m adhesive, those actually stick to some surfaces in indoors.

Works well, used for automotive. Bright. Cut lines which work, easy solder for leads. No flickering

Nach gut 8 Jahren waren die LED-Streifen in meiner selbstgebauten Flurbeleuchtung verschlissen. Einige LED's waren ganz ausgefallen, andere hatten in ihrer Lichtstärke abgenommen. Es sah daher nicht mehr schön aus. Also musste ich den LED Streifen ausgetauschen. Für meine Lampe war es nötig einen 5m Streifen um 1,5m zu verlängern was problemlos geht. Es ist lediglich drauf zu achten, dass der Streifen immer nur an der markierten Stelle durchschnitten werden kann da i.d.R. 3 LED's eine Funktionsgruppe darstellen. + und - sollte man natürlich beim Zusammenlöten der Teilstücke ebenfalls nicht vertauschen. Aufgeklebt wird der Streifen mit dem bereits auf dem Streifen vorhandenen Klebeband. An Lötstellen muss man etwas Isoband unterkleben um keine Kurzschlüsse z.B. beim Aufkleben auf einer Aluschiene zu erzeugen. Nun erstrahlt meine Flurbeleuchtung wieder im alten Glanz...
