Highly disappointed - poor quality of the item
I have purchased a coupler from Groz and found it of good quality. But the greasing needle disappointed me.The quality of the item does not seem to be good. It cracked at the joint with the body in the first use. Seems to be poor quality or poor design. I expect the supplier Groz which is supposed to design and manufacture to international stds to provide a free replacement or arrange a refund. Incidentally it is a non returnable item. Very low quality
The needle breaks within 1 month of use, it is brittle and of low quality. Also, the MRP in the package is ₹75.00 but the seller is selling for more than ₹300.00. Biggest scam.
