Great pens

Best pens but quite expensive.
No other board pens compare in terms of high pigment and ease to clean. The colour of these pens is nice, thick and vibrant, menaing that everyone can see the writing - even in the back of the room. The pens rub off amazingly, leaving an incredibly clean board everytime - no smudges. My only gripe is that they work out at about £1 a pen/refill - which is quite expensive on a teachers' salary.

The item I ordered arrived…as they are for personal use the packaging seems a bit over the top…

Great pens, poor seller, rigid Amazon policy
The pens are by far the best on the market - I've been using them for many years. It's a shame they're so expensive, but I would normally have given this five stars. I've given this one star because the packaging was damaged and many of the cartridges fell out in delivery. (I later found one stamped into the side of the road outside my flat.) The fault clearly lies with Staples, who packaged the order, but the option to leave seller feedback on this order is absent from my orders page. There is also no option to request just the missing pieces: instead, I would have to return the entire package and then wait days for the replacement, which is a huge waste of time.

Très bon marqueur pour tableau blanc, rechargeable par de petites cartouches, compter entre deux et trois semaines d’autonomie avec une utilisation quotidienne. Cela fait trois ans que je l’utilise pour l’enseignement après avoir essayé des marqueurs moins chers, mais qui dure moins longtemps.
