Great quality. Expensive, but, if you need accurate vitals with disposable cuffs, this is for you. I'm a medic in Ft Worth and this thing works great. Had it for 2 years of constant use and no problems whatsoever.

Works great and super easy to use unlike the other versions with the bulb pump. I recommend this product especially for students in the medical field first learning how to take blood pressure readings.

We use these at a family practice I work in. They are awesome and very durable. It's a shame they are so expensive, but Amazon price was competitive.

Welch Allyn used to be associated with quality, having a feel that the instrument would work smoothly and last for many years of practice. I am disappointed by the cheap plastic feel of this device. The pressure relief switch sticks and doesn't feel like it will last. It is very awkward to open fully to deflate fully and again awkward to set it up to take another reading.The inflation bulb takes a lot of force and leaves my forearm sore after several uses. I miss the quality Welch Allyn equipment of my earlier practice years. Sad lowering of standards.

This product is very cheaply made. I have been in Health Care and using Welch Allyn products for years. This item is nothing like their hospital and clinic products. I cannot believe Welch Allyn would liscense their name for this cheap knock off item. I also would never deal with Medex supply again. I paid $136 for the item and received only $123 back on return. I guess somewhere on the site it said there was a restocking fee. This was not easily found, in fact I could not find it at all. I was also out the return shipping. When I tried to return the item, I was required to get a return number from Medex. I made several calls trying to get that number. First the company was closed during regular business days so I left a message. A week after they were to be back they had not returned my call or sent an e-mail. I called 2 more times and still had to wait another week for that number. This is a big reason to stay away from on line shopping. I have purchased many products through Amazon with no problem but this secondary provider is not good. Amazon-get rid of them!!

Works great just what we needed!

I like having the gauge and aneroid in one piece instead of having to fumble with the two pieces as I did on my older sphyg.
