these are a MUST have. any time i feel like i am getting sick or have been around somebody sick I take these and let me just say-- wow! i make sure to never run out because they just work so well. if i start to feel sick these will wipe it out in an instant.

The older I get, the worse my allergies get! I often have to take more than one allergy med per day - combining different ones to increase efficacy... These seem to work just as well as sudafed sinus, most of the time, for me anyway - but I appreciate the natural ingredients as constantly taking pharmaceuticals isn't all that great...
