EARTH THERAPEUTICS Back Brush with Ergo Wood, 1 EA

I had an Earth Therapeutics back brush for years and it got lost when I moved.I thought this was the same but the bristles are different - way too soft.Nice handle grip - does not slip.If you like softer bristles, you will like this brush.

I purchased the exact type of brush shown in the photo a few years ago. It had the special ridged handle or Ergo Grip as shown. Unfortunately the brush I received has a smooth handle; no Ergo grip to it. Apart from that, the bristles are much softer than the old one. It’s definitely not the same type of brush; similar but not the same. Why is Amazon showing or advertising and selling something different…..It’s misleading to customers. I realize I am not the only one that has complained of the product being different. I tried to see if I could return it so I could purchase something different, but I can’t. I can understand that for hygienic reasons we can’t return it. I wanted to return it because I received something different, which is a legitimate reason. It seems it is only this particular style and brand we are unable to return. I saw and read that we can return other bath brushes. That doesn't make much sense…..Why the inconsistency. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Is Amazon reading our reviews? This is really disappointing.

The description wasn't clear that as a BUYER, I should select either the wood or frosted green bath brush.And because I didn't indicate I wanted a wood bath brush, I received the frosted green one.I'm stuck with the frosted green, because this is a "non-return" item.

Description said "ergonomic handle," by which I believed that it wasn't smooth, but had some texture to grip onto (like the ones I bought at Bed Bath and Beyond years ago). It does not. Save your money and pay less for the one that does not promise this. Otherwise, a nice back brush.

This was a repeat order because I liked this brush, however one of the two brushes had the bristles squashed in transit and the website says it is non-returnable. I will use it and see if the hot water will fix. It is a nice brush and has an extra long handle

Advertised as wood handle, actually plastic was delivered.

Description is off. Mine did NOT come with the silicon grip. Was replacing an old one - this is almost the same expect for grip. Maybe better easier to clean without the grip. Brushes are soft can immediately be use without roughing up your skin. Nice long handle with slight curve helps get to all those places you may want to brush.

I like the length and firmness of the head. My only complaint is that the handle would be better if it included a non-slip grip. I've bought this brand before when it had a great textured grip.
