Love these but will list pros and cons. Have used many times.PROS:GREAT for humid areas of the house. I live in a place I love, but designing flaw is the bathroom, while LARGE, had the bath/shower, washer/dryer AND the only clothes closet. EVEN leaving the door open and taking quick showers, lots of humidity and it can get a kind of earthy smell. These in bathroom and closet HELP IMMENSELY.WORKS QUICKLY within days I could smell the difference. The slight earthy smell after a shower was almost completely gone.LASTS usually for at least a few months.CONS:SOMETIMES you can get a container where the beads that are supposed to be at the top, are at the bottom. Doesn't happen a lot, but can happen, that's when sold and shipped by Amazon comes in handy so you can get replacement.

If I had known how great these are at getting rid of foul odors I would have bought them years before. These are really great at getting rid of musty air caused from poor plumbing, old house odors, and bed accidents that have evaporated and filled the rooms & halls during the night. I highly recommend this product for anyone who's caring for the disabled or elderly who are prone to a variety of accidents.They're easy to hide out of sight if you don't like to look at them, but remember to check them every 2 weeks.Sometimes you can even keep them longer than the recommended use if you notice the charcoal & crystals haven't fully dissolved, depending on weather and building conditions. But, if you notice the odors coming back, then it's a good time for replacement.
