can I use this product on all surfaces v (plastic, vinyl, leather, chrome etc.. as I use other washless at the recommended ration as a quick detailer?

Sure can. It works really well as a wash for all surfaces, quick detailed and clay lube. I use 1/2 oz per 64oz for a quick detailer. I don't know about the use on Leather though.

Can this be used with car wash detergent

This solution when diluted correctly with water does not need to be mixed with car wash soap. I mix it 1 oz to 3 gallons and it works great on a car with light dirt and road grime. If too dirty I would spray off the majority of the grime/dirt with a pressure washer, then use this solution(correctly diluted) with a clean microfiber cloth. Leaves a great clean shine when dried with microfiber after initial wipe is done. Find a YouTube video to show you how to minimize scratches when using rinseless/waterless solutions.

How many ounces for waterless wash in a 48 oz sprayer?

Add 1/3 ounce to an empty 16 ounce bottle and fill it up with water to create a waterless wash (per description on Amazon). For 48 oz sprayer use 1 ounce.

Is this product safe for interior use, such as plastic, vinyl, and leather ?

I personally have not used this for the interior, but there are plenty of discussions and videos that show detailers using rinseless and waterless wash products for interior cleaning on plastic, vinyl, and leather.

Amazing product. Makes the paint look slicker.

This is an amazing product. I have been using this for last 4 years. It just makes the paint look slicker and just smooth. I mix 30ml in a liter of water and wipe the car with microfiber towels. It just works amazing
