Husband has been taking a turmeric supplement for 3 or 4 years now. Was having terrible pain in his shoulders, arms, elbows and wrists (arthritis) so we did a bit of research and decided to try turmeric. He wouldn't be without it now. Takes 2 each morning and also wears a magnetic bracelet and is almost always pain free.

I am taking this for osteo arthritis in my knees. It is helping very well with inflammation, not so much with the pain, however, this may be due to the amount of lifting I do at work.

Although they're quite large, these are easy to swallow capsules. The flavour is only slight of turmeric, for those wanting the relief they want without a flavour that they dont. An easy way to have a daily dose, and good value for money.

I am pretty certain they work because I know people who take it regularly but if you, like me, have trouble with large tablets, these are quite big - about 2 cms. I should have checked the size before I bought them. I can't swallow them so have them sprinkled on my dinner. Not sure if that will hamper their efficacity.

Easy to swallow capsules, haven’t been taking them long enough to notice any improvement in my arthritis symptoms yet.
