These feel pretty well made and surprisingly efficient even though they're kind of lightweight. They still get my heart pumping and sweat breaking. It comes with some nice accessories also. And the shipping was much faster than the time quoted. I was surprised how quickly I received it. They look pretty good too. With my ADHD the color actually help remind me to use them. Weird, but helpful and I can use all the extra help I can get!

I got this mainly because my gf and I live him a very small house and year round it is either too hot or too cold to jump rope outside. This gave both of us a perfect alternative to traditional jump roping while still giving us the option to go outside if need be. It feels just like the real thing and gets us sweating!

I had previously rated this product as a 5 star item, with my review below. However, I’ve noticed that over time it gives much less of a workout than traditional jump roping, and it has recently broke so I’m adjusting my review to reflect that. For the first 6 months it’s a great product.It takes some getting used to. It’s a different motion from regular jump roping, however, the cardio work out is still very good and it’s much faster to get used to than regular jump roping. The timing and coordination isn’t at the same requirement. This is a very good product for anyone who struggles with being able to jump rope normally as after 10-20 minutes I had the motion down and it was a good workout. The bands are also adjustable for any height.

The product is overall very good. Works perfect for me indoors, outdoor, anywhere. I can carry it around no problem which is great for when I’m on the go. Would highly recommend!

I can used this product anywhere. Its light weight and durable. Great fun for kids and grown ups.
